The Arizona Provision

Supreme-CourtAs many of you are aware, and if you’re not aware, you’re a moron, the SCOTUS (Supreme Court of the United States) have recently undertaken the review of the constitutionality of several gripping issues. One in particular is the Arizona Senate’s Anti-Illegal Immigration Bill 1070, otherwise known as the “show me your papers” bill. The libertarian side of me is opposed to a “Show me your papers” law, however, the constitutional conservative side is for it, especially when checking for illegal immigrants. Again, I am not against immigration, I am FOR legal immigration and AGAINST those immigrate to this country illegally.
From the “Stand with Arizona (And Against Illegal Immigration)” Facebook page:
Like a toddler throwing a tantrum, Obama is reacting to his anger at the Supreme Court’s upholding SB1070’s “show me your papers” provision by taking his marbles away. The DHS – in a move which may in fact be illegal – is immediately SUSPENDING 287(g) – the Federal-State-Local immigration enforcement program – for the ENTIRE NATION, showing their fear that the upheld Arizona provision will now be adopted by states across the nation to bust illegal aliens.. The lawlessness of this cabal is simply breathtaking, as they will make any move to “Hispander” for the “Latino vote” (legal or otherwise). But it will NOT work. The American people are on OUR side, and they will pay very dearly indeed come November 6th!
Pick and choose. It’s the exact type of behavior that most logical and honest people don’t want to see in their government. Would you pick and choose whom you give a DUI ticket to? Would you pick and choose which child molester you put in jail? Of course not, so why are we picking and choosing which illegal immigrant we’re deporting? They’re illegal. Follow the law and kick them the hell out of this country. Period. If they want in that bad, let them go through legal channels and get in the right way, not under someone’s rear seat in a car.
